NUTRITIONAL AND LIFESTYLE PLANS

We all strive to lead fulfilling and contented lives - one of vitality and vigour. But many of us are troubled with daily symptoms such as IBS, bloating, fatigue, problematic skin, hormonal issues - like PCOS, weight concerns, and many other symptoms and chronic conditions. With time this can leave us feeling emotionally and physically exhausted, unhappy, and affect our self-esteem, and every aspect of our lives.

There is a huge shift in the way diseases are now being addressed – there is more awareness on the significance of lifestyle choices; diet, physical activity, relaxation time, social interactions, and their impact on mental and emotional health.
For some, certain diseases or conditions may not be fully resolved, however I truly believe that symptoms can be improved upon. The body is always in constant flux - assessments and investigations provide only a snapshot of the body’s current status. It is entirely dependent on us as to how much we choose to impact these constant bodily fluctuations by what by what we eat, drink, think and do.

FREE CALL
All clients will have a free initial Call.
This is for both of us to informally chat, and to ensure I am the correct person to help you with your concerns.
Food is far more than just sustenance; food is something to be created and enjoyed, it gives us a sense of community and literally makes us who we are. Foods themselves are not ‘good or bad’, but it is our attitude towards them, and how and what we choose to eat.
- DR SNEHA JETTY

Bridging conventional medicine with holistic and naturopathic therapies. Optimising health and wellbeing via a personalised, integrative approach, by addressing symptoms at their root.
During our sessions together, You will always be considered in your entirety - Mind, Body and Spirit. Prior to our first session, all clients will need to complete a Food Dairy for at least 3 days, and a comprehensive questionnaire regarding current health status and past medical history. If applicable, a symptom diary will also be incredibly useful for us both. You will be sent this via email (or paper copies can be posted if preferred), upon confirmation of booking.
This information will provide the foundation for our Initial Meeting consultation. At the start of each session, we will spend a few minutes to complete a Review Questionnaire, to see how you are getting on.
