TERMS & CONDITIONS

Disclaimer

When seeing me at Sanemi Wellness, I will be working as a Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine, Ayurvedic and Wellbeing Practitioner.

Despite being a qualified medical doctor and GP, during our appointments I will not be working in this capacity. However, I will be continuously using my medical knowledge and experience to further enhance my understanding of your past medical history and symptom presentation, and to create your management plan.

Please do ensure the continued support of your GP and Specialist Doctors for medication reviews, dosage amendments and advice, and continue to attend your regular and scheduled medical appointments. Continue to take prescribed medications and proceed with medical treatment as planned, unless changes have been discussed and consultations have been had with your usual medical doctors.

Any medical referrals and imaging requests will need to be via the usual methods with your regular GP or Doctor.

With your permission, I would like to be in correspondence with your GP and/or Speciality Consultants, further enhancing the holistic and integrative nature of care at Sanemi Wellness. Communication with them will be when needed and with your permission.
